Who produces Subscription Show?

Subscription Show is produced by Subscription Insider®, the team behind independent subscription industry journalism, research, and executive programming.

For more than a decade, we’ve helped subscription leaders make better decisions across growth, retention, payments, compliance, and monetization. Our goal is simple: provide real-world strategies and clear insights you can put to work immediately.

Can I choose which sessions to attend?

Absolutely. You’re in control of your schedule. Brella, our official event app, makes it easy to build a personalized agenda, schedule 1:1 meetings with other attendees, and keep your day organized—so you can attend what matters most and still make time for the connections that move your work forward.

What if I get a ticket and can't make it?

Plans change—we get it. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. Email us the replacement attendee’s details and we’ll take care of the transfer.

How do I book my 1-on-1 meetings?

1:1 meetings are booked in Brella (the official Subscription Show 2026 event app), which opens a few weeks before the conference for networking and scheduling. Brella makes it easy to set up meetings based on your goals and interests, then manage everything in one place.

Here’s how it works:

  • Activate your access: With your Subscription Show ticket, you’ll receive instructions to join Brella when the app opens.
  • Build your profile and what you want to get out of the event. Brella uses this info to suggest relevant people to meet.
  • Set your availability: Choose the networking slots you’re available for during the event.
  • Request meetings: Browse recommended matches (or search attendees), then suggest a meeting time.
  • Meet on-site: We’ll have a dedicated 1:1 meeting area at the venue so you have an easy, reliable place to connect

Do I have to participate in 1:1 meetings?

No. 1:1 meetings are optional. If you want more targeted networking, you can use Brella to book meetings aligned to your goals. Prefer a lighter lift? Attend sessions, join group networking, and connect organically.

What is Speed Networking?

Speed networking is our “speed dating for business,” designed to help you meet as many fellow attendees as possible in the shortest time possible, in a professional, low-pressure way.

We run it at the start of the conference so you can quickly put faces to names, spot the people you want to reconnect with later, and make the rest of the event feel instantly more connected.

You’ll rotate through a series of rapid, timed conversations (about three minutes each), then use those early introductions to fuel stronger networking and 1:1 meetings throughout the conference.

Who attends Subscription Show?
